My path throughout the last 11 years has led me to study and cultivate a wide range of Body Work and Holistic Health knowledge and tools that I am honored to share with others. Including Massage Therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory, Zen Shiatsu Acupressure, Whole Foods Nutrition, Aromatherapy, Ayurveda Massage, and Doula Services.
AquaCranial Therapy has brought me to new levels of Love and Respect for the Healing Power of the Ocean by allowing me to train and give treatments in the Deep Blue, working alongside Free and Wild Dolphins and Humpback Whales.
Global Travel, Movement and Dance, Playing in the Oceans, Rivers and Mountains, Creating Natural Spa Treatments and Growing and Cooking Delicious Organic Foods are the things that keep me Inspired and Passionate about Natural Therapies. It is my belief that the more people can return to Nature for Reflection, Exercise, and Healing Therapies, the easier Balance can be achieved and true healing experiences created.
