AquaCranial Therapy is an Innovative Water Therapy, and a Healing Adventure into the Realm of the Sea.
Leave your inhibitions on the shores of the Kauai coastline, and allow your body to be free of pressure. Gently floating on your back, your practitioner guides you through the experience using the gentle touch of Cranial Sacral Therapy techniques, Acupressure, and Flowing Movements to improve circulation of cerebrospinal fluid, and assist in the decompression and balancing of the spine, cranium and other areas of tissue and bone, Greatly Relieving any being stress held in the body.
During your session, the natural movement of the water, will rhythmically adjust your body into a Deeply Relaxed state where you are free to let go of all physical, mental and emotional restrictions. Your AquaCranial therapist serves to Support and Encourage your body's ability to take care of itself and to Heal, providing Safety and Nurturance throughout your session.
After your session you are escorted back to shore to lay down onto blankets to rest and reflect, slowly easing your body and mind back onto the land. With freshly restored energy you may awaken to a much brighter place, and enjoy a feeling of total Well-Being.
